Stephanie Holmén
Owner & Rider
I’m Stephanie Holmén, 32 years old, and I live on Borelund Farm. My equestrian journey has been a thrilling ride, with over a decade of professional experience at Grevlunda together with Lisen and Peder Fredricsson. As an established show jumper, I’ve collected national accolades and even had my share of World Cup victories. Now, I’ve embarked on a new adventure, starting my own venture, where I bring all my passion and expertise to the forefront, aiming to cultivate a new generation of champions.

I’m 16 and come from Arvika in Värmland. I’m ambitious, always up for a laugh, and pretty cheerful. Riding’s my thing – I’ve put everything into it. Started off as a student with Peder and Lisen Fredricson at Grevlunda farm. That’s also where I began training with Stephanie, who’s now the boss at Team Holmén over at Borelund. I first got into pony riding and made the switch to bigger horses when I was 12. I’ve chosen to work at Borelund because it’s got great competition prospects, a fab setup, and it’s filled with like-minded folks who are just as horse-mad as I am.

I’m 21 and originally from Götene. I started riding when I was just four. I got my first pony at 12 and have been competing in jumping ever since. After finishing high school, I’ve been working in different stables. Now, I’m all set on working in a pro-competition stable.

I hail from Stockholm and got into riding pretty young – started at six. Over the years, I’ve had my own horses and competed in jumping. This August, I made the move to Borelund to train under Stephanie, which is a fantastic chance for me and my horses to grow and improve. And, among other things, I’m pretty skilled at enjoying life!

I’m 23 and from Falköping. Got into riding school when I was 10 and by 13, I had my own horse. I used to work at Falbygden’s Riding Center, but now I’ve moved to Borelund in Skåne to soak up more experience and step up my riding game. I’m pretty good at a bunch of stuff, but my top talent? Eating candy bars!

Meet the real boss of security at our stables – paws none other than our four-legged, tail-wagging chief of patrol, Captain Rex! With a nose for trouble and a bark that’s worse than his bite, he ensures that horseplay is the only play on his watch. Always alert and fur-ever faithful. Under his watchful eye, every hay bale and horseshoe is safe around the clock!
